Engineering Ltd was founded in 1988 and operates from Lower clough mill
located at Barrowford near Nelson, England. We provide our customers with
a manufacturing facility of exceptional quality, capacity and a team of
personnel committed to meeting their needs.
We
consistently endeavour to improve the high standards of service to our
customers and continuously seek to improve the scope and quality of service.
This is done through a structured approach to both investment in capital
and more importantly in our people.

has committed resources to creating close working relationships with local
suppliers, we talk openly together and look for the best, most cost effective
methods of manufacture, and can provide a complete engineering service
to satisfy our customers requirements. Our mission is to help our customers

The
workforce consists of 20 people. The company personnel have in depth experience
in our field and the majority of employees have been with the company for
more than 5 years. The entire workforce is proud of the work it turns out
and we endeavour to continually improve our service and standards whilst
reducing costs. The company does not have a documented quality system as
the management of this small company takes a "hand on" approach to the
supervision of all process's and documenting this would neither guarantee
an improvement, nor repeatability, of our existing standards .
The
type and scope of work undertaken by the company is determined by the ability
of the workforce and our sub-contract team, and as such is of the highest
quality and covers most areas of Engineering.
The
orders that are placed have lead times varying from 2 days to 6 weeks and
scheduling and re-scheduling of the shop floor work therefore becomes an
extremely important factor in the company's plans.

Company owns 16000 sq. ft of premises at Lower Clough Mill in Barrowford.
It is situated close to the M65 motorway with adequate transport access
and excellent facilities.

operated by a workforce that has a tremendous depth and range of ‘quality’
engineering experience to fall back on.
Batch
quantities vary from 1 off to 1,000 off, but the quality standards are
more consistent - They must fulfil the customers requirements. |
